Through the government's decision nr. 37 from 27.01.1999 the Phd in arts can be organized based on the scientific research and the valuable artisic creation. The PhD in arts has as purpose a specialized research under a professor or a researche's guidence. the PhD is finalized with a PhD work presented in front of an audience. The title of PhD in arts is confirmed by the Council of the Titles, Dyplomas and Academic Certificates' Certification.
