The priorities for the year 2010:
The European year for fight against poverty and social exclusion;
Unemployment amongst young people and promotion of the active involvement of the young unemployed people in the society;
Awareness and mobilization of young people in connection with global challenges.
Main target group:
Young people between 15 and 28 years old

• Youth exchanges (Activity 1.1)
Do you want to know other cultures? Do you want to put your ideas into practice together with young people from other countries? Do you want to learn about European themes by concrete activities? Do you want to exchange ideas and experiences with other young people? The youth exchanges!
Youth initiatives (Activity 1.2)
Do you want to be an active member of your community? Do you want to change things and find creative solutions for the problems around you? Do you want to learn by experimenting in a non-formal way? Try the Youth Initiatives!
Projects for participatory democracy (Activity 1.3)
Do you want to be active in the democratic life? Do you want to promote (and understand) the democratic values? Do you want to define, together with other young people, your role in designing the future of Europe? Try the Projects for Participatory democracy!
European Voluntary Service (Activity 2)
Do you want to be a volunteer? Would you like to be a volunteer in another country? Would you like to discover and experiment another culture and to discover yourself in the meantime i? Try the European Voluntary Service!
Co-operation with the EU Neighbourhood Partner Countries (Activity 3.1)
Are you interested to co-operate with young people and youth workers from outside the European Union? Do you think such exchange would help you? Do you want to collaborate on common interest themes and design partnerships with people from South-Eastern and Eastern Europe, Caucasian and Mediterranean zones? Cooperate with EU Neighbourhood Partner Countries!
Formation Projects And Networks (Activity 4.3)
Do you work in the youth domain and want to change ideas, experiences, good practices? Do you want to set up partnerships with other youth organizations? Do you think specialized persons in youth domain should co-operate? Try the Formation Projects And Networks!
Meetings between young people and the persons in charge for youth policy (Activity 5.1)
Do you want to be in dialog with the decision and active factors in the youth domain? Do you believe that your voice should be listened to and have effects in concrete regulations? Try the meetings between young people and the persons in charge for youth policy!

• Non-governmental organizations founded in accordance with Order No. 26/2000 regarding the associations and foundations
Public authorities directly involved in the work with young people
Informal youth groups
Informal youth groups represented (including by a contractual basis) by any of the categories of organizations indicated above
Special schools for disabled young people
An organization that organizes and manages an event in the youth, sport and cultural area

When the applications shall be presented?
• At decentralized level (by means of the National Agency from Bucharest), there are 5 deadlines annually:
