The application for the Leonardo da Vinci projects can be presented by a Coordinator such as an institution/organism, as legal entity.
In any Leonardo da Vinci project, the Coordinator has a number of partners which must be institutions or organism as legal entities as well.
In accordance with the Council Decision 1720/2006 regarding the “Lifelong Learning” Program, the access to this program is open to all the public institutions and organisms, such as:
- Institutions or organization providing education in the domains covered by the Sectorial Program Leonardo da Vinci ;
- Associations or representatives of the people involved in education and professional training, including the students’, parents’ and teaching staff’ associations;
- Organizations providing orientation, advising and information services regarding any aspect regarding the lifelong learning;
- Research centers and organism regarding aspects of lifetime learning;
- Higher education institutions;
- Non-profit organization, voluntary, NGOs;
Note! Natural persons (young, adult, or staff) can attend a mobility project only if a sending organization with legal personality, which is partner organization within a project, has recommended them. The eligible age of the mobility beneficiaries ranges between 15 and 65.
