CANDIDACY FOR INDIVIDUAL MOBILITY:
COMENIUS ASSISTANTS
This action aims:
- to offer the future teaching staff the possibility to improve their foreign language knowledge, to get initiated in teaching methods and techniques, to understand the concept of European Dimension, and to know other educational systems.
Who can apply?
• The students who have graduated at least two higher education studies by the time of application;
• Higher education graduates who have the due qualification to teach at the pre-university level, and do not have teaching experience.
Length of the activity/training:
• Between three and ten months
place of the formation / training activity:
• Pre-university education entities in the countries that host the Lifelong Learning Program: the hosting entities can be found on the website of the National Agency).
What the financial support consists of?
- The allocation of a scholarship for a period between three and ten months. The scholarship value is subject to the country where the training is developed.
- The scholarship represents a contribution for the following types of expenses: transport, visa (if necessary), support, linguistic training, participation at the initiation meeting organized by the National Agency in the hosting country.
The deadline for the application: January 15 or February 15, 2010 (it will be posted on the University website on the section: Community Programs)
Content of the application file:
- Application form,
- Europass Curriculum Vitae drafted in the same foreign language as the application form,
- Student status attestation or the copy of the document attesting the graduation of the higher education studies
The eligible applicants who have been declared „passed” after the applications assessing process shall enter contracts with the National Agency.
The training period shall be negotiated with the hosting entity.
